The website supplies information on the administrative procedures which can or must be started there, on acts and documents which are delivered as well as on the services delivered in numerous domains of the commune (for example early childhood, education, culture, cleanliness).
The address and phone number of the central services and the decentralized services of the commune as well as the opening hours are mentioned in the special edition of the city magazine Brusseleir.

A search engine allows to carry out a search for the services of the municipal authorities (departments, services, units,...). You can search by name, work area, delivered document or the location (address, postal code).

Closing period : closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The Brusseleir, the info magazine of the City of Brussels, has a special edition with all public and private services and cultural events on the territory of the municipality. It is only available in Dutch and French.
The municipal departments of the City remain open on regular hours during the summer 2014. There are a few exceptions.
Demand of a pass for the Car Free Sunday
A pass for the Car Free Sunday of 21 September 2014 can be delivered to persons who make the demand. Attention, this demand of dispensation must be duly motivated.
