Municipal administration

The municipal administration of the City of Brussels is at the service of the citizens.

The website supplies information on the administrative procedures which can or must be started there, on acts and documents which are delivered as well as on the services delivered in numerous domains of the commune (for example early childhood, education, culture, cleanliness).

The address and phone number of the central services and the decentralized services of the commune as well as the opening hours are mentioned in the special edition of the city magazine Brusseleir.

Disrupted access to the Administrative Centre

On 29 and 30 September and 1 October 2014, the Population and Identity Cards services (2nd floor of the Administrative Centre) will be exceptionally closed due to works.
