The municipal administration of the City of Brussels is at the service of the citizens.
The website supplies information on the administrative procedures which can or must be started there, on acts and documents which are delivered as well as on the services delivered in numerous domains of the commune (for example early childhood, education, culture, cleanliness).
The address and phone number of the central services and the decentralized services of the commune as well as the opening hours are mentioned in the special edition of the city magazine Brusseleir.

Search engine on City services
A search engine allows to carry out a search for the services of the municipal authorities (departments, services, units,...). You can search by name, work area, delivered document or the location (address, postal code).

Closing period : closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

In the elections of Sunday 25 May 2014 voting will be done electronically at the City of Brussels. If you want to test the electronic voting you can do this at the municipality (Administrative Centre, Laeken and Neder-Over-Heembeek).
On Monday 24 March 2014 the City of Brussels began taking fingerprints and digital signatures for the biometric passports and residence permits. The service at the counters can therefore take more time.
The Brusseleir, the info magazine of the City of Brussels, has a special edition with all public and private services and cultural events on the territory of the municipality. It is only available in Dutch and French.
Thursday 1 May is Labor Day in Belgium. The administrative services of the City of Brussels will thus be closed on this holiday.
