The City of Brussels facilitates e-administration. E-services allow to make remote demands and download forms, so that movements to the administration are avoided. The e-portal is only in Dutch and French.
The website proposes:
- to fill in online forms, with electronic ID card (IRISbox service from the Brussels Regional Informatics Centre) or without
- to print forms, these forms must then be sent or deposited
Some procedures are completely online:
Forms can be downloaded in next domains:
The index of the e-government pages (from A to Z) makes all documents and online steps easier to be found.
If you want to use an electronic ID card and a card reader, you will find more information on the reader in the user terms.
