Registration of a foreigner (card application)
You are a foreign citizen (non-Belgian) and you wish to establish your residence in the City of Brussels? Then you must present yourself for registration at the municipal administration of the City of Brussels.
Please check the exact municipality of your place of residence. The postal codes of the City of Brussels are: 1000, 1020, 1120 and 1130. Please note: certain addresses in 1050 (1051) and 1040 (1041) are also located in the City of Brussels.
