Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). More info: coronavirus measures by the City of Brussels. Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

Inclusive Brussels thanks to you

The City of Brussels wants to better welcome residents and visitors with disabilities. Can you help us to achieve that goal?

Do you not immediately know how to react appropriately when you pass a person in a wheelchair or blind person? Do you feel awkward about a deaf person? Do you feel uncomfortable when you meet a person with a mental disability?

You might be better off preparing with the tips below: using simple actions, you may be able to brighten up the day of that one unknown who has been lucky enough to cross your path...

This initiative of the Equal Opportunities Unit of the City of Brussels is only available in French and Dutch:
