In Belgium, a trader can only sell products under the name 'sales' ('solden' in Dutch, 'soldes' in French) twice a year. Both periods of sales are determined by law. The 1st period begins on 3 January and ends on 31 January.
A flower seller has moved into one of the new kiosks that will gradually appear in the pedestrian zone. The kiosk is located at the Boulevard Anspach, opposite the Casino of Brussels.
