Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

 

Brussels 30 Tour

This event has already passed

On Sunday 20 September 2020, from 11 am to 6 pm, at the Place de Brouckère. As part of the Car Free Sunday.

Brussels will become 'City 30' on 1 January 2021, as will the 18 other municipalities of the Brussels Capital Region. Driving at 30 km/h becomes the rule, with the exception of the major traffic axes (50 km/h) and the residential areas (20 km/h).

You can test the 'City 30' this summer during the Brussels 30 Tour of Brussels Mobility. This way you can experience the 'City 30' in virtual reality, get all the necessary information about soft mobility and safety. You can also try out all kinds of bikes or let your bike being repaired at BikeRepair.
