Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). More info: coronavirus measures by the City of Brussels. Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

Call for innovative citizens' initiatives

The City of Brussels makes 45,000 euros available to neighborhood committees or associations to encourage new citizens' initiatives.

Do you want to experiment with new ways to bring life to your neighborhood or street? Do you have ideas to meet needs or encourage new forms of solidarity, especially in the context of the current health crisis? Then propose a project that fully contributes to the revival of the citizen and new ways to make Brussels together ('Faire Bruxelles Samen').

Who can participate?

A de facto association (a citizens' committee, a neighborhood committee, a committee of parents of pupils) and/or a non-profit organization.

Form and regulation?
