15 euros: adults

6 euros: senior (65+), studens, teachers (Belgium only), children (7 to 18 years), people with reduced mobility, inhabitant or staff of the City of Brussels, beneficiary from the CPAS

As soon as you arrive on the Grand-Place, you'll be captivated by the imposing silhouette of this emblematic building, a jewel of Gothic architecture.

In 23 different steps, around the bend of a monumental staircase, a precious cabinet or a room well known to the people of Brussels, this tour will take you from one era to another, retracing nearly 6 centuries of history. You can explore the City Hall at your own pace with the help of your videoguide.

For the more adventurous, take a guided tour on the weekends and climb up to the tower, which offers a 360-degree view of the city. This breathtaking experience allows you to admire the skyline of Brussels.

Panoramic guided tours

The panoramic guided tour offers the opportunity to discover two of the main halls (the Wedding Hall and the Gothic Hall). Visitors will then be directed to the balcony of the City Hall to enjoy a bird's eye view of the Grand-Place.

The visit continues with an ascent to the tower of the City Hall, reached by a spiral staircase. You are rewarded at the top by an exceptional view of Brussels.

Booking on site

Tickets can be bought at the monumental reception hall of the City Hall, accessible from the courtyard (via the entrance gate under the tower).

Go to the terminal where you can book directly for the time slot you want, subject to availability. Cash payments are not possible.

The video guide is available in 3 languages: French, English and Dutch.

Thanks to the adult route and the more fun family route, there is something for everyone.

Assisted disabled access through the main entrance.

A lift is available for access to the upper floor and ramps are installed on each row of stairs.
