On Thursday 26 May (holiday) and Friday 27 May 2022 (bridge day), the City services will be closed. You can still request your documents online and on the citizen portal MyBXL, or make an appointment.

If you want to reserve a time when an employee will contact you by telephone, you can make an appointment for a telephone conversation.

-  your identity (first and last name and that of your partner, if any)

-  whether it is an application for a marriage, legal cohabitation or a wedding anniversary

A case manager is then assigned to you. In all subsequent communications, please include his initials in the subject line of the e-mail, to facilitate the internal distribution of the e-mails.
