Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

From 4 to 27 February 2021 at the Tour à Plomb cultural and sports centre.

The Double Bind Smile exhibition takes us to the construction site for our desires for the future and personal development. In the work of Céline Cuvelier, the paintings, sculptures and installations form the rough sketch of a cartography, at the same time intimate and yet realistic, of a world that is increasingly tossed back and forth between the different layers of reality.
