Festival of Ideas - citizen budget for Neder-Over-Heembeek - Mutsaard

On Saturday 26 September 2020, from 10 am to 6 pm, an online festival as part of the citizen budget for Neder-Over-Heembeek - Mutsaard.

Come and convert the ideas for the citizen's budget of 1,000,000 euros for Neder-Over-Heembeek - Mutsaard into concrete projects and thus give a boost to your neighborhood.

During the online festival you will work in co-creative workshops and under the guidance of a facilitator. The members of the district council, the various City services and also the members of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen will be present to give advice.

Do you want to contribute ideas and give substance to your neighbor's concept for more green in the street? Or for safer bike paths? Or why not turn a vacant building into a cozy meeting space for young people?
