First bicyle box in Haren

On Friday 3 November 2017, the City of Brussels installed its 33rd bicycle box, the first in Haren.

Bike boxes are covered and lockable bicycle parking spaces on the public road. They are user-friendly and resistant to theft and vandalism. In November, a total of 7 bicycle boxes will be installed. By the end of 2017, the City of Brussels will thus count 40 bicycle boxes. The new locations:

  • Rue de Cortenbach 17 (corner rue Sainte-Elisabeth), 1130 Haren
  • Rue Charles Quint 38-40 (corner rue du Pavie), 1000 Brussels
  • Marché aux Porcs (corner rue Locquenghien), 1000 Brussels
  • Rue Charles Martel 58 (corner rue Saint-Quentin), 1000 Brussels
  • Rue de Drootbeek 107 (corner rue Schildknecht), 1020 Laeken
  • Rue Montagne aux Herbes Potagères 26, 1000 Brussels
  • Rue Jean Heymans 23 (corner boulevard de Smet de Naeyer), 1020 Laeken
  • Rue des Horticulteurs 65 (corner rue Médori), 1020 Laeken
