Help for tenants and traders of the Property Management and CPAS

The Property Management Agency (Régie Foncière) and the Public Welfare Centre (CPAS-OCMW) of the City of Brussels are helping their tenants (traders and residential) during this difficult period of the coronavirus (Covid-19). I am a commercial tenant

  • Exemption from rent for April and May
  • Payment deferment of the June rent
  • Deferred rents are due in 2021 + installment plan

I am a tenant of a cafe/restaurant (horeca) or a business in a sector that is still closed

  • Exemption from rent for April, May and June
  • Payment deferment of the July rent
  • Deferred rents are due in 2021 + installment plan

I am a residential tenant

A one-off and exceptional allowance if loss of income due to Covid-19:

  • 300 euros for families without children
  • 350 euros for families with 1 or 2 child(ren)
  • 400 euros for large families (3 or more children)

To benefit from this allowance, the net taxable income of the household (before the corona crisis) must be equal to or less than 150% of the admission ceiling applicable to social housing.
