Helpify Community: local solidarity network

A handful of citizens have set up a local solidarity network. The network connects people at risk or weakened people by the epidemic of Covid-19 (and anyone with difficulties in their daily lives) to others who want to support them.

Helpify Community, is available in 3 languages (French, Dutch and English) via one telephone number: 02 808 99 48 and an online platform.

By calling the number at the local calling rate, the person in difficulty indicates what kind of help he or she needs. The Helpify Community then makes contact with the volunteers in the neighborhood (or municipality) of the person in need. The platform has set up a validation system for volunteers based on their ID card.
