Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.


Home delivery of passports and driving licences

From 3 November 2020 it will be possible to have your passport or driving licence delivered at your home or place of your choice (your workplace,...).


Delivery possible anywhere in Belgium.


12.50 euros per document.


If you come to apply for your passport or driving licence at the municipality, all you have to do is indicate that you want the document delivered at your home. The delivery company will then contact you to arrange the place, date and time of delivery. The delivery (to you in person) takes place after verification of your identity (with your ID card).
