Housing Plan 2019-2024 of the Public Welfare Centre
The new Housing Plan 2019-2024 of the Public Welfare Centre (CPAS-OCMW) is part of the '750 Homes Project' of the City of Brussels and the Public Welfare Centre.
Within the Housing Plan, 18 separate projects are being launched, with more than 250 residential units being developed by the CPAS. The plan must meet the housing shortage in Brussels but also wants to meet the new environmental requirements. It provides for the construction and/or renovation of homes of different categories. The CPAS invests in neighborhoods that are sometimes neglected by private investors to develop high-quality living spaces. More information:
