Leçon de Mode: Beyond Black

'Leçon de Mode' is a collaboration between the Fashion & Lace Museum and MAD Brussels - Fashion and Design Centre to promote fashion knowledge among the general public and professionals.
Karen Van Godtsenhoven (fashion curator, author and doctoral researcher at Ghent University) starts from the black textile dyeing in Antwerp in the 16th century for a look at black in the history of fashion and costumes.
Please note: a Covid Safe Ticket (from 16 years) is mandatory for this event.
