A new website lists the local shops as well as the restaurants according to your quarter in Brussels (online order, take away or home delivery).
During the coronavirus measures (Covid-19), some shops offer a delivery service. Restaurants and cafes are closed, but home and take-away deliveries are allowed (subject to social distance measures). On this new site of the City of Brussels you can discover the delivery offers, online restaurants and shops in your neighborhood:
