'Made in Héliport-Anvers' project call

The Héliport-Anvers sustainable district contract launches the 3rd edition of the 'Made in Héliport-Anvers' project call.

What is it?

'Made in Héliport-Anvers' is an annual call for projects that aims to support and encourage local initiatives. This is done by awarding a grant to residents, associations or schools committed to implementing actions that can have a positive impact on the quality of life and social cohesion in the Héliport-Anvers quarter.

Which projects?

Create a book box? Organise a festival? Organise a sports tournament or launch a competition for the most flowery balcony? Whatever the idea of your project, the aim is to enhance conviviality in the Héliport-Anvers District Contract area and highlight the skills and talents of its residents.

Who can take part?

'Made in Héliport-Anvers' is open to all (groups of) residents, associations or schools in the neighbourhood. People who do not live in the area of the district contract can participate if the project is carried out in partnership with one or more inhabitants of the Héliport-Anvers quarter.

Steps of the project call

Make an appointment with the Héliport-Anvers district contract team (mandatory step)
Complete the application form (also available at the district office):

Sign the application form and send it by e-mail or drop it off at the Héliport-Anvers district office by 30 September 2024.
Present your project orally in October 2024 before a selection committee composed of residents, associations and members of the Héliport-Anvers district contract team.
Is your project selected? Then carry out your project within 24 months.

If you do not want to submit a project, but just want to be part of the selection committee because you live in the neighbourhood or your association is based there, this is possible as well. Do not hesitate to contact the district contract team.
