Need help creating a separate access?

The City of Brussels is launching a call for 'expressions of interest' in supporting the creation of a separate access for residential properties on the floors of shops. This free help consists of making sketches and a financial analysis.

The occupation of the floors in the shopping streets is essential because it ensures a more lively street and neighborhood and it avoids the possible degradation of the building. In this way, financial profitability is also increased.

Sketches and financial analysis

As a private owner, you can enjoy free assistance with this call for 'expressions of interest'. This help consists of the realization, by an architectural firm commissioned by the City, of a sketch and a financial analysis designed to create a separate access between your business on the ground floor and the residences on the upper floors (estimated value from 750 to 1500 euros/excluding VAT).

'Separate access' bonus

In addition, you can get a 'separate access' bonus under certain conditions. This bonus covers part of the costs of the works that would follow this analysis.
