New plastic packaging in blue bags

The new blue waste bag is available in Brussels. Almost all plastic packaging can now be sorted with these blue bags.

Until now, the blue bag could only contain PMD-PMC waste (Plastic bottles and flasks, Metal packaging and Drink cartons). In the new blue bag, all plastic packaging can now be thrown away in addition to the current PMD packaging: plastic pots, trays, foils and bags. More info:

Note: the old PMD bags remain valid indefinitely. From the starting date of the new blue bag, you can present old bags for collection with the extra plastic packaging.
