The following conditions apply for an application for the reservation of a parking place for disabled persons in the vicinity of the residence or workplace on the territory of the City of Brussels:
- the workplace or residence does not have a garage or private parking that ensures smooth accessibility
- the applicant owns a vehicle or is transported by someone living in the same building
- the possession of the parking card for persons with disabilities is required

The admissible applications are forwarded to the police for an investigation. If the advice of the police is favorable and the application concerns municipal roads, the application will be forwarded to the Public and Green Spaces Department for execution.
