On Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 September 2018 at the Royal Circus and the Quartier des Libertés.
The Quartier des Libertés Festival is being organized on the occasion of the reopening of the Royal Circus, which has been closed for works for a year and a half. The program includes concerts, exhibitions, a tour of the Circus building, tastings and guided tours in this historic quarter of Brussels. For the occasion, the Rue de l'Enseignement will be closed to traffic and occupied by stalls of traders and artists.
