City services closed on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 May

On Thursday 26 May (holiday) and Friday 27 May 2022 (bridge day), the City services will be closed. You can still request your documents online and on the citizen portal MyBXL, or make an appointment.

 

Temporary closure of the Europe police station

Due to renovation works, the police station at the Boulevard Clovis 10 - 1000 Brussels has been temporarily closed since 11 May 2022. These works will take about 5 months.

During the works, you can go to the police station of your choice:

The nearest police station is the station at the Rue du Marché au Charbon 30 - 1000 Brussels (open 24/7).

However, the police advises you to file a complaint online via online reporting.
