Week of Biodiversity
From 20 to 29 May 2024 at various locations in Brussels.
In 1993, the United Nations introduced International Biodiversity Day, which takes place each year on 22 May. This global campaign aims to make citizens aware of the wide variety of plant and animal species on Earth. With that in mind, the City of Brussels is organising the 4th edition of the Week of Biodiversity.
The Biodiversity Week includes lots of events and activities, such as biodiversity villages in every quarter of the City and biodiversity workshops.
