MyBXL maintenance and telephone accessibility

Due to maintenance works, the External site MyBXL citizen portal will be unavailable from Friday 2 December at 1 pm until Saturday 3 December at 7:30 am. Interruptions are still possible on Saturday 3 December. Due to the move of the services of the City of Brussels to the new Brucity Administrative Centre (on 12 December 2022), the waiting time for a telephone answer may be temporarily longer as well.


Winter Wonders 2022 accessibility and mobility

The City of Brussels encourages visitors of the 2022 Winter Wonders event and Christmas market to prepare for their move and to opt for active mobility. It invites visitors to try out the many alternatives to the car.

By train

With 33 stations in the capital, including that of Brussels-Central in the heart of the Winter Wonders event, the train is a fast and economical means of transport. The car parks of the SNCB stations are free during the weekend.

By tram, bus and metro

In public transport there are several tram, bus and metro lines at the centre of Brussels. The Central Station, Bourse and De Brouckère stations allow visitors to reach the heart of the event via metro lines 1 and 5 and trams 3 and 4.

By bicycle

The bicycle remains the easiest means of transport. External site Free and secure parking is available at the Bourse and De Brouckère metro stations. Other parking locations are available in the vicinity of Winter Wonders. Shared bikes can also be hired.
