Women's Rights Week 2024 call for projects

The City of Brussels launches a call for projects for the organisation of activities on the occasion of the International Women's Day. Proposals can be submitted until 30 November 2023.

For years, the City of Brussels has been organising the Women's Rights Week around the symbolic date of 8 March (International Day of Women's Rights). Over the course of a week, all sorts of activities (lectures, workshops, exhibitions, plays,...) are organised on themes relating to inequalities between men and women and women's rights.

Theme of 2024

For the 2024 edition, the Equal Opportunities Unit will be highlighting the following theme: gender-based economic inequalities and violence.

How to submit a project?

Please note: it is important to carefully read the annex to the project call on the theme of the Women's Rights Week 2024 and to respect this theme.
