On 18 October 2019, from 9 am to 3 pm, Manneken-Pis wears his aikido costume.
Manneken-Pis, the symbol of Brussels folklore, gets a costume at major events. On 18 October he celebrates the coming of a Grand Japanese Master of Aikido in Brussels (Doshu) and 60 years of diplomatic relations between Japan and the European Union.
