Please note: as part of the preventive measures against the spread of the coronavirus, the public is requested not to come. The publicity of the session is ensured by broadcasting the debates via the website of the City.
Attend the session?
Taking into account the capacity of the room, 10 seats could be reserved for the public (press and citizens), according to the following rules:
- The reception staff will keep a list on which persons who wish to attend the public session can register on Monday 21 September from 3:30 pm and at the latest at 8 pm. No new applications will be registered after 8 pm.
- The first persons to arrive and register at the reception will be given priority with a maximum limit of 10 persons.
- Up to 15 minutes after the opening of the public session, 5 seats will be reserved for the press and 5 seats will be reserved for citizens. After this period, the vacant places will be allocated in the order of the applications, without distinction between press and citizens.
