The telephone call centre of the City is currently experiencing technical failures. It is therefore sometimes difficult to contact the various services by phone. You can still request your documents online and on the citizen portal External site MyBXL, or make an appointment.

 

Brussels in Bloom

This event has already passed

From 15 August to 5 September 2021 in the streets around the Grand-Place.

The Flower Carpet is moving to August 2022. This year, exceptionally, it is making way for Brussels in Bloom, an event that takes you on a floral journey through the streets around the Grand-Place of Brussels.

Scattered throughout the historical city centre, iconic places are given a floral touch, covered in petals and colours.

  • Free admission, no reservation required
  • The route (about 30 minutes) is signposted with information boards and starts at the inner courtyard of the City Hall of Brussels
