Creation of an individual mandate
Are you an individual who would like to appoint another person to carry out administrative tasks on your behalf?
It is possible to officially appoint a person as an 'authorised representative' to carry out a series of specific administrative procedures, with or without a time limit.
An assigned mandate can be modified or cancelled at any time.
How to apply?
To assign a mandate:
Online, by following the steps below:
- Via the External site SSM self-service mandate system (this is the fastest way)
Authentication of the two people concerned (principal and authorised representative) is required by means of identity card (eID) + PIN code or through the Itsme application - Via External site MyBXL
Authentication of the person submitting the request (principal or authorised representative) is required by means of an identity card (eID) + PIN code or Itsme application.
To modify or delete an assigned mandate:
Via the External site SSM self-service mandate system (this is the fastest way)
By e-mail (only if your mandate was issued via MyBXL): info@brucity.be
Please include the following information:
- Surname and first name
- Copy of your ID card or residence card
- Type of mandate to be deleted
- Reference number of the mandate creation request
