Manneken-Pis dresses as Noiraud.
Each year, the Oeuvre Royale des Berceaux Princesse Paola makes a collection tour. For over 140 years the Noirauds or 'Blacks' walk the streets of Brussels in March. They visit the restaurants to collect money for children in need.
