The non-profit organization Picol (a platform of more than 60 associations and services working in Laeken) presents its Global Plan of Laeken 2019-2025. The result of a reflection with the members for 6 years, events and numerous surveys of residents of all ages. Subjects: young children, education, housing, neighborhood life, culture.
