Stay of Russians in Belgium
Since the beginning of the crisis in Ukraine, questions have arisen regarding the situation of Russian citizens who are legally residing in Belgium, or who wish to come there.
The Immigration Office (FPS Internal Affairs) will show discernment and will be attentive to Russian citizens temporarily prevented from returning to Russia, or who had a project in Belgium (studies, work, family reunion).
