Are you having difficulty applying for the GRAPA social allowance ('Garantie de Revenus aux Personnes Âgées')? The City of Brussels is there to help you.

The City of Brussels offers its residents help with applying to the Federal Pensions Service for a social allowance (GRAPA-IGO) granted to people over age 65 who do not have sufficient resources.

  • To have one's main residence on the territory of the City of Brussels
  • Have reached pensionable age

There are several ways to submit your request :

  • Online External sitemypension.be. Log in using your identity card and PIN or via Itsme.
  • Without appointment, at the counter of the Brucity Administrative Centre
  • By calling the SPF special pension number: 1765
