The City of Brussels invites you to discover its shopping districts in a different way thanks to Philippe Katerine's 'Brussels in Pink' exhibition: a dozen monumental sculptures of his iconic character 'Monsieur Rose' take up residence in the centre of Brussels, from the Grand-Place to the Rue Haute, with a passage in the Ravenstein Gallery.

Mignonism, an artistic movement conceived by Philippe Katerine, celebrates softness, absurdity and the strangeness of everyday life. With their round shapes and pink colour, the sculptures of 'Monsieur Rose' put a smile on your face, question things and encourage you to see things differently.

Shopping streets

This open-air art trail, which is accessible free of charge 24 hours a day, is part of 'Enjoy the City'. The aim? To beautify Brussels, support local commerce and revitalise the urban space by making it a vibrant, attractive and surprising destination for all.

Under the motto 'Shop local, discover art & enjoy the city', this artistic project highlights the shopping streets in the centre of Brussels. The sculptures of 'Monsieur Rose' take you from shop window to shop window and transform the shopping streets into an open-air museum.
