Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.


Centre Elisabeth Carter

The Centre Elisabeth Carter was created by the City of Brussels, in cooperation with the association Jeunesse à Bruxelles. The centre offers French-language courses for youth leaders ('animators') and coordinators of holiday camps. The library specializes in French-language books about pedagogy.

Young people older than 17 years can study at the center for a youth leader degree. Young people older than 24 years can study at the centre for a coordinator of holiday camps degree.

The training consists of a theoretical formation and practical training in a holiday camp managed by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.
