Citizen Budget NOH. Presentation of the selected projects
This event has already passed
On Saturday 21 October 2017, from noon to 2 pm, at the Résidence Les Eglantines.
Four groups of residents of Neder-Over-Heembeek have received a 'Citizen Budget' to carry out a project in favor of the entire district (total amount: 35,000 euros). It's been the fourth time that a district in Brussels receives such a budget. The call for proposals was launched in April and received 11 responses. A participation committee, consisting of 4 representatives of the City and 6 citizens, was responsible for validating the initiatives.
The winners will present their project during the presentation.
Winning projects
- Être humain - vivre ensemble: events and an exhibition about living together, a project that makes it possible to meet each other
- Mémoire collective: the goal is to make the collective memory of the district accessible to all its inhabitants, the project aims to set up a collection and archiving instrument for this purpose
- Mobilier fixe, place Benoit: the goal is to promote cosiness for the inhabitants of the Place Peter Benoit using permanent and durable furniture
- Promenade pédagogique à NOH: defining a safe and accessible walk, this will connect the green, cultural and playground spaces
