Extra information: 

the first applications for a registration of non-European foreigners should be done by e-mail. Only next administrative steps are immediately possible at the counter: making of an Arrival Declaration (Annex 3), renewal of the registration certificate (orange card) (asylum seekers), extension of the special residence document (Annex 35), requesting urgent cards, applications for a registration of non-European citizens (if a D visa is not required). The applications that are possible via info.EtrangersVreemdelingen@brucity.be: renewal of a residence permit (A), applications for a permanent residence, emigration (Model 8), registration of documents in the National Register (marriage, change of name,...).
