Exhibition of the Germaine Van Parys Award winners
From 30 May to 30 June 2024 at Géopolis.
The Germaine Van Parys Award, a documentary photography competition for women photographers, announced the two laureates of the first edition 'A look at Brussels'. Marie Sordat wins the main award or Grand Prix for her series of images of inhabitants and streets of the capital, which she traversed in all directions. And Cécili Maturelli takes the Prix Étudiante or student award for her series Passages, a poetic exploration of the hall in Brussels buildings.
Their work will be on display throughout June at the Géopolis centre. More info:
