From Monday to Sunday, food trucks occupy several sites throughout the territory of the City of Brussels. To participate, they must meet certain quality conditions, including: providing healthy and original food.
The trail offers a wide variety of food: bagels, Asian cuisine, Breton crepes, croque-monsieur, coffee,... The locations are chosen so that the food trucks are in harmony with the urban landscape, without unfair competition for local trade.
