Games.brussels Space, a hub for video game creators
The City of Brussels has inaugurated the very first space for video game creators, the Games.brussels Space. This new hub is located at the Dansaert Business Centre at the Rue d'Alost.
The video games industry has left film and music far behind in terms of revenue, with double-digit growth to more than 180 billion dollars by 2021. The growth prospects are also accompanied by prospects for employment and, in time, training.
This is why the City of Brussels has decided to respond to the needs of the sector by providing financial support and a space to bring the sector together:

Games Brussels is the Brussels federation of video game designers and developers. Opened since February 2023, Games.brussels Space has already increased its objectives. In one month, it has exceeded its annual forecast with 21 coworkers, including 5 new jobs.
