Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.

 

Iris Festival 2021

On Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 May 2021, online and at various locations in Brussels.

The Brussels Capital Region celebrates the Iris Day each year at the beginning of May. The 32nd anniversary is celebrated in a whole new way. On 8 and 9 May, the Region invites you to celebrate the anniversary online and at a handful of venues in the capital. Schedule: online concerts and stand-up comedy, museums, guided tours and original activities to discover the hidden secrets of the capital.

The Iris Festival doesn't end on 9 May. The rest of the programme of concerts and comedy shows will be broadcast online in the days after the festival.
