Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.


Local heritage online at 'Erfgoedbank' Brussels

The 'Erfgoedbank Brussel' (Brussels Heritage Database) is a digital database that preserves the heritage of citizens, families and associations in Brussels. Laeken, Haren, Neder-Over-Heembeek and 1000 Brussels are now also part of the database.

It concerns heritage that you usually cannot find in professional institutions such as museums or archives. The 'Erfgoedbank Brussel' consists of old photos, postcards, films and stories about daily life:
