So he celebrates the release of the new movie 'Smurfs' (Smurfs Global Premiere).
Smurfs' Village at the Mont des Arts
In the afternoon, a blue carpet will be rolled out at the Mont des Arts to welcome the film's stars, including Rihanna, accompanied by James Corden, Dan Levy and Chris Miller.
The Mont des Arts gardens will open at 1 pm with activities for young and old alike.
