Coronavirus measures

The City of Brussels has taken several decisions in order to best respect the measures of the federal government in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19). Please note: at the Administrative Centre & liaison offices, all citizens are asked to come alone, maximum 15 minutes before the appointment time, wear a face mask (obligatory) and disinfect their hands.


Midi Fair 2021

Every day, from 17 July to 22 August 2021, along the Boulevard du Midi.

The traditional and gigantic Midi Fair stands along the Boulevard du Midi every year. Hundreds of attractions are there for young and old, some traditional, others the most modern.

Opening hours

  • weekdays: every day from 3 pm to midnight (from noon for the food stalls)
  • weekends and public holidays: from 3 pm to 1 am

Fun without risks

Wearing a face mask is mandatory throughout the fair zone, for customers and fairground entertainers.

The fair is divided into 4 zones. Each zone has entrances and exits, where stewards are standing to manage access, remind and check the obligation to wear a face mask and hand out disinfectant gel and possibly face masks.
