The Neder-Over-Heembeek Bike Library (Fietsbieb) gives families with young children the opportunity to use children's bicycles on a daily basis at a low price.
The bicycle library is a library of bicycles for all children from 2 to 12 years old. For 30 euros per year and a deposit of 20 euros per bicycle, a children's bicycle can be used and can be exchanged for another (larger) one during the year.
Those who are entitled to increased assistance pay 10 euros per year.
