From Tuesday 19 May 2026, the City of Brussels is opening a Seniors' Information Point at the Brucity Administrative Centre (Rue des Halles 4 - 1000 Brussels). This space, entirely dedicated to older people, will be open every Tuesday from 9 am till noon.
The Seniors' Information Point is a place for welcoming, providing information and offering guidance. It aims to answer questions that older people may have in their daily lives: administrative procedures, accessing entitlements, practical information, activities, digital tools,... The service will be run by older volunteers.
The Information Point does not replace the City's standard administrative counters. No official procedures can be carried out there, such as the issuing of documents, administrative applications or civil status procedures. These services continue to be provided by the relevant Brucity counters and liaison offices.
Themed information sessions, directly addressing the concerns of older citizens, will also be organised at the Seniors' Information Point.
