Temporary employment is a form of legally admitted temporary work. There are 3 parties involved in temporary work: a temporary employment agency makes a contract with a temporary worker and makes the worker available to a user.

This temporary worker is attached to the employment agency by a contract. He or she therefore has the same rights as other employees regarding wages, working conditions and social protection.
