Tour à Plomb cultural and sports centre
The Tour à Plomb cultural and sports centre is a community centre that is intended for various forms of reflection, expression and creation on a cultural, socio-cultural, artistic and sporting level. It falls under the authority of the Youth Service of the City of Brussels.
As a neighborhood infrastructure, the Tour à Plomb Centre is open to the residents of the City of Brussels, more specifically the inhabitants and the organized groups (non-profit organizations, public services and institutions) of the Jardin aux Fleurs quarter. That neighborhood is bordered by the small ring road, the Rue Antoine Dansaert and the Boulevard Lemonnier.
